I’ll do my best as a leader so that this one year study abroad program will be a memorable learning experience.
What’s my reason for studying abroad? Well of course, I want to learn through real, live English and improve my English skills, but the most important reason is that I want to experience many new things in order to understand different cultures in different countries, and to know more about this globalizing world. Therefore, I wanted the chance to know more about different cultures.
I’m looking forward to the “Field trip” and the “Culture festival” programs because we can experience cross-cultural exchange with local people and local students through them.
I hope to be able to see Japan and other countries from different perspectives, by the time I return to Japan.
My top priority is to pick up practical English skills, and have broader knowledge and understanding towards other cultures and countries.
Over the course of this year, I will work hard to expand my language skills and intercultural understanding.
